He gave me an estimate for what I could do to safeguard my old deteriorating roof as well as an estimate for replacing the entire roof. Without charge, he even chose to go above and beyond by sealing parts of my roof that weren't initially talked about in the estimate. During the job, parts of the roof fell onto the ground.
